Weird things on the net..again

The Internet never ceases to amaze me.Nowadays, I'm practically online most of the time. Having to use it now so frequently for the sake of searching for information necessary for the completion of all the lab reports and assignments I get,it does gives me room for thought on some other stuff along the way.I now have a very different perspective for people I previously thought had nothing better to do with their free time.Shows another case of my ignorance. For example, making stupid videos and things like that. Now I finally realize that these kind of people are actually operating at a very unconventional yet necessary kind of niche for the survival of humankind.Their very important but sadly in most cases unregarded contribution to the preservation of humankind's sanity should be given a big badge of watever in recognition of their work.Come on these guys/gals deserve a big clap on the back for their effort in making our world a more happier place albeit dumber(citation needed) kind of place to live in.Well,I'm not complaining. After all,it is nicer to look at a different point of view occasionally.Makes one realize how stupid one in their own sense actually is after all the ignorant labelling one has placed on other people/things throughout his/her life! :)

Try this quiz.Remember to think out of the box! :D

Oh yeah I remember

Yesh! Its finally here! My laptop! Thanks to my Dad for this wonderful thing. Actually I had it since last..thurs.But yeah things are still hectic in uni. Not only will it continue like that, things should be getting faster and faster in the future. Hope I'll get used to it just like everyone else. It's great that finally I'll get to multitask like everyone else have been doing. Haha yeah I'm talking bout the computer, not me :)

Anyway it really felt great to be able to download stuff. For myself, and its in my computer! Haha it sounds funny but yeah I kinda feel proud for having downloaded great material for my first. Estrella! Nice local band. Perfect for the many long nights ahead of me.

Well I guess I better be off to do my assignments.Nway on the topic of this post, yeah I remember. I know this sounds cliche, but memories really do not fade away in a person. Though some things may fade away over time..man..I'm experiencing deja vu?But yeah memories don't. And just like how fond memories bring warmth to any living and breathing creature, it really does bring a smile to my face everytime I think about it..

Its Been Awhile

Man I haven't found time to be posting anything lately..my schedule is definitely getting tighter with each passing week what with more classes. And really it is very inconvenient to be posting anything without a computer to call my own :( Well its not here yet but it is definitely coming!!Router's now okay(man am I optimistic or stupid?) in the shop after sending it back for warranty..haven't found time to go get it though..

Well anyway here's a weird but nice ode.Credits to the deceased artist behind it.Adios!

Ode to a Large Tuna in the Market

Among the market greens,

a bullet
from the ocean
depths,
a swimming
projectile,
I saw you,
dead.

All around you
were lettuces,
sea foam
of the earth,
carrots,
grapes,
but
of the ocean
truth,
of the unknown,
of the
unfathomable
shadow,
the depths of the sea,
the abyss,
only you had survived,
a pitch-black, varnished
witness
to deepest night.

Only you, well-aimed
dark bullet
from the abyss,
mangled
at one tip,
but constantly
reborn,
at anchor in the current,
winged fins
windmilling
in the swift
flight
of
the
marine
shadow,
a mourning arrow,
dart of the sea,
olive, oily fish.
I saw you dead,
a deceased king
of my own ocean,
green
assault, silver
submarine fir,
seed
of seaquakes,
now
only dead remains,
yet
in all the market
yours
was the only
purposeful form
amid
the bewildering rout
of nature;
amid the fragile greens
you were
a solitary ship,
armed
among the vegetables
fin and prow black and oiled,
as if you were still
the vessel of the wind,
the one and only
pure
ocean
machine:
unflawed, navigating
the waters of death.
